. MailWasher Pro is an application that was created to let users regain control of their e-mail inbox. The overwhelming amount of spam on the Internet is set to increase exponentially over the next few years, with users already facing serious security threats, families being exposed to objectionable content and product scams bombarding inboxes worldwide.

You can even set it to automatically bounce and delete blacklisted e-mails, or whole domains off the server. Plus, MailWasher can use external blacklists such as ORDB and Spam Cop or you can specify your own.
• Friends List. Add your friends email addresses to MailWasher and they will always be recognised. You can even hide your friends from the screen so the spam is easy to recognise.
• Preview. Easily preview the message in your email to see what the sender has to say before downloading it. Just double click on the message.
• Bounce back unwanted e-mails so it looks as if your email address is not valid. This will make the sender think your address is no longer active so your name can be removed from their list. This unique feature is great for privacy and it couldn’t be simpler!
• Filtering. Effective filtering to automatically spot spam, plus it uses a customisable list of blacklisted e-mail senders and/or regular expressions to filter out potential spammer addresses and messages.
• Email overlay. New messages will come in and will reside in the screen until processed. Fast download of message headers, we have clocked speeds of 25 email message headers per second.

· A better preview pane : The overall look has been further simplified and tidied up to make MailWasher easier to work with.
· Easy Auto-delete : Lots of people kept asking us for an auto-delete function. It’s always been in there, but it’s now part of each spam tool, so you can go to the Options section of each spam tool and select ‘Auto delete’. So if you want to automatically delete emails from people in your blacklist, now it’s really easy to do.
· Quick mark all for delete : One commonly requested feature is a ‘Mark all for delete’ option. There was already a right click option to select it, but we made it easier by having a check box at the top of the delete columns.
· Hide Emails : Hiding emails is useful if you want to make other emails stand out. For example you might want to hide emails from friends so the spam is more visible, thus making it easier to deal with.
· Better ‘New Email’ notifications : Clearer notification of new emails means if you only check one email account in MailWasher, you’ll be shown a short notification of the content of the last 4 emails. If you check more than 1 email account, you get a short summary of new email for each account.
· Delete icon choice : This is a really small change, but worth telling. You can now have the delete icon as a checkbox or a trash bin. Many people preferred the checkbox as its easier to see, so we bought it back. You can enable it in Settings-Display-Inbox
· Speed improvements : Users of older computers will notice significant speed improvements since the 2011 version was first released, while everyone should notice the application seems more snappy.
· More languages : MailWasher now supports 18 languages — English, German, French, Spanish, French Canadian, Dutch, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Ukranian, Swedish, Russian, Czech, Norwegian, Armenian, Croatian, Danish, Japanese and Pirate!.
